I recently stayed at Parochial House for a wedding at Darver Castle. The owner, Mairead, welcomed us with tea and coffee before driving us to the castle. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the bathroom was clean and tidy. The shared bathrooms were also well-maintained. I loved having access to the kitchen for making my own breakfast and the homemade marmalade was delicious. The house itself has a charming, 19th century feel, making it a unique and cozy place to stay. Mairead and Denis were amazing hosts, offering us rides and going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.
Totally recommend this hotel.

The old house was nicely renovated and had a cozy atmosphere. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The host was friendly and made us feel at home. We also enjoyed the flexibility of making our own breakfast from the kitchen.
The shared bathrooms were a bit inconvenient, especially having to leave the room to use them. They were nice, but could have been closer.
